When your work is posted to TweenVisionaries.org, it will be posted with a Creative Commons Copyright as Attribution Non-commercial No Derivatives (by-nc-nd). This is what that means: It is the most restrictive of the six main licenses, allowing redistribution. This license is often called the "free advertising" license because it allows others to download your works and share them with others as long as they mention you and link back to you, but they can't change them in any way or use them commercially. FCPL, FCPS, and the Frederick County government are not responsible for the re-publication of any works posted on the website.

If you use copyrighted material in your submission, you must identify your source. It is always a good idea to ask for permission from the copyright owner before you post it publicly.
